Born and raised in Ohio , Terri moved to Person County in 1999. Terri is are no stranger to the waterfront lifestyle. Not only did she live on a lake in Ohio but Terri lives waterfront on Hyco and started the local marina store, Hyco Lake Boats-N-Boards. Guilty of wearing too many hats, Terri decided to simplify. She sold the boat store and got back to the core basics, family & just 1 career. Terri is blessed with 2 children and 1 grandchild who live locally. Although Terri's real estate career started in Ohio in 1997 she found her waterfront niche on Hyco Lake and graduated to Broker status in 2003.
