Company History
Carolina Town, Lake and Country Properties was founded by Kirk West and Gibbs Baum and has been doing business as West and Baum, Town, Lake and Country Properties since 2005. In 2008, West and Baum participated in over 70% of the sales on Hyco Lake. In March 2009, Bert Woodall became a partner of Carolina Town, Lake and Country Properties and the company was renamed West and Woodall Town, Lake and Country Properties. Kirk West, Broker-in-Charge of the Person county office, will continue to focus on the Hyco and Mayo lake areas. Bert Woodall, Broker-in-Charge of the Triangle office, will focus on expanding the company's presence in Durham and the Triangle area.

Raised in Durham with every summer spent on Hyco Lake, Kirk currently resides in Northern Durham, with his wife, Jenny and sons William and Lane.
