Carolina Town, Lake and Country Properties was founded by Kirk West and Gibbs Baum and began doing business as West and Baum, Town, Lake and Country Properties in 2005. In March 2009, Bert Woodall became a partner of Carolina Town, Lake and Country Properties, and the company was renamed West and Woodall Town, Lake and Country Properties. Kirk West, Broker-in-Charge of the Hyco Lake office, specializes in the Hyco and Mayo Lake areas. Bert Woodall, Broker-in-Charge of the Triangle office, focuses on the Durham, Chapel Hill and Raleigh markets.
